End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee” or “you”) and Senna Automation LLC (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the o11n application (“App”), licensed to you via https://o11n.life (the “Site”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Definitions

• App means the o11n software application and any updates, upgrades, patches, or enhancements provided by Licensor.
• Personal Use means use of the App by you as an individual for non-commercial, non-business purposes on a device you own or control.

2. Grant of License

• Personal-Use License. Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of all applicable fees, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App solely for Personal Use on devices you own or control.
• Scope. This license does not permit any commercial, business, or organizational use—those require a separate team or enterprise license under terms set forth in a separate agreement.

3. License Restrictions

• Copy, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the App to any third party;
• Use the App to provide services or functionality to any third party for a fee;
• Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App (except to the extent permitted by law);
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or licensing controls built into the App;
• Share, publish, or expose your license key or activation credentials.

4. Updates & Maintenance

• Automatic Updates. The App may periodically check for and install updates or patches. You agree to receive these updates.
• Support. Basic email support is provided to Personal-Use licensees via support@senna-automation.com. Premium support (faster response times, SLAs) is available under separate enterprise agreements.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• The App is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the App, including all copies, modifications, and enhancements, remain with Licensor.
• The Licensor name, “o11n,” and any associated logos are trademarks of Senna Automation LLC. You agree not to remove or alter any trademark, logo, or copyright notice.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this EULA.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR SERVICES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SENNA AUTOMATION LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA, THE APP, OR YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LICENSOR’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD 100; OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

• This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term.
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices and backups.

10. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. You shall not export or re-export the App in violation of U.S. export controls.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Detroit, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase or subscription confirmation, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

13. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.
